- Working in a small sales team, you will be responsible for sales processing and coordination of a growing portfolio of B2B customers. "An award-winning & industry leading tech/engineering company is now looking to expand its sales team whilst maintaining the excellent relationship it has already built up with a global portfolio of key customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Working closely with the sales team to look after B2B customers
- Staying up to date on customers' product portfolio
- Drafting and sending communications to clients
- Maintaining and updating customer-specific website products
- Ensuring stock levels for customer-specific products are correct
- Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfilment
- Handling all communications, complaints and concerns through the company CRM following a set of processes
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on orders and customers
- Supporting Account Managers
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to fulfil orders
Skills required- Proven experience in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Proactive attitude with a customer-centric focus
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
