- My client a leading retailer are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Advisor fluent in German to join their expanding office team based in Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity for a customer service advisor to join a great team, managing all incoming customer queries.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:- Receiving all customer queries electronically and verbally
- Ensuring company CRM system is updated accurately
- Monitoring email accounts
- Data Entry and other administrative tasks required
- Communicating with international clients and customers
- Handling complaints and concerns and escalating when required
Experience and Skills required:- Fluent in German
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Data Entry and Administrative skills
