- Description
Experienced Logistics Controller required for a fantastic organisation based in Oxfordshire. My client is currently going through an exciting period and looking to recruit a Controller to join their Oxford based team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a Manufacturing organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring all goods that come in and leaving the organisation are up to high standard, meet set time scale and within the targeted budget.
Other duties include:- Goods in and Out inspection
- Produce and manage inspection reports, escalating issues or concerns to management
- Produce supplier reports
- Stock and Batch Control
- Ensuring stock is replenished at all times
- Stock Distribution
- Matching items to specific sales orders
- End of line inspection
- Supporting Production team when required to ensure business needs are met and exceeded
Skills and Experience required:- Previous experience as a Logistics Controller within a Manufacturing Environment
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong team player
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
