This role is part remote and 2 days in the office.
Role Overview
As part of a small Finance Team of 3, you will be a dedicated support to our Asset Management team which has responsibility for delivering high quality services ranging from Facilities and Lease Management to supporting business development and marketing and is a key interface with our Portfolios community.
This role is a crucial link between Finance and the Asset Management team ensuring excellent communication and the smooth and efficient running of finance related processes- Key Responsibilities
- Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Raising of monthly orders to Facility Management service providers
- Capturing meter readings from Building Management systems and Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules
- Managing the Utility re-charges to tenants, including meter readings and distribution of costs
- Inputting of monthly meter readings into PM and accounting systems
- Reporting data to support sustainability objectives
- Supporting the preparation of Service Charge budgets and allocation of expenses
- Coordinating tenant enquiries from various points of contact
- On-going review of the Service Charge and reconciliation reports
- Reviewing Aged Debtors, preparing reports and resolving queries
- Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance
- Experience using Accounting Software
- Experience working in Property Development not essential but beneficial
- Ability to work with various internal teams and outside clients, tenants
- Good customer service and relationship skills
