Hybrid (2 days in offices in Milton Park)
My client is a market leader in specialist safety, health, and environmental technologies, well established, a global leader in developing solutions that push the boundaries of science and technology.
Overview
As a member of the internal service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and customer service to all customers, ensuring they receive excellence in all their dealings with the company. To be the first point of contact for our customers who require annual service of their instruments and liaise with other departments to ensure their needs are met and any issues managed through to resolution. 
  • You will be responsible for managing the following activities:
  • Booking in units received for service to the relevant customer account
  • Produce quotes for customers, as well as following up quotes to a conclusion & processing orders
  • Ensure customer service and warranty requests are responded to within KPIs
  • Ensure the end-to-end service and warranty processes meets the SLAs
  • Managing team mailboxes, assigning emails to the relevant team members
  • Manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via telephone and email to all customers
  • Update the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department
  • Work closely and support the wider customer experience team as required 
Your Skills/Experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal form
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to navigate ERP and CRM systems effectively
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn our products for order loading
