To upload each season’s products to the UK websites, ensuring accuracy of content & images
To be responsible for the Email marketing calendar and campaigns for the UK working with the E-Commerce Manager to deliver a successful strategy.
To track the performance of marketing Email campaigns on an ongoing basis, including interpretation of campaign results and proactively reviewing tactical plans.
To ensure Email campaigns are executed in a timely fashion
To merchandise the websites in order to increase revenue
To ensure all of the website imagery is up to date and in line with the catalogue.
To ensure continuity of order of content/style for each brand
To set up discount and promotion codes accurately and on time
To monitor and maintain smooth functionality of websites: place test orders, proceed to weekly web crawl, liaise with Paraspar to fix the bugs
To work with e-commerce manager to ensure high quality user experience
To liaise with the call centre regarding website problems
To assist in the production of the weekly figures
To submit monthly data to the management team
To provide support to the E-Commerce Manager and attend trading meeting when required
