- Overview
Create design guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos, images and demonstrations for our solutions and products. We are looking for a Marketing manager ideally with technical / engineering background, or an experienced technical product manager.
Marketing Strategy
To oversee and manage the implementation of the marketing strategy including:- Developing the marketing strategy, both shorter term and long term (3 YP)
- Investigating how social media can be used effectively to assist with awareness world-wide.
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram)
- Investigating other forms of marketing tools to promote on a global stage.
- Put together annual budget for finance and manage marketing spend including reporting ROI on campaigns/strategy.
- Manage advert strategy and source advertisement opportunities to achieve the strategy goals
- Responsibility for VIM and ensuring consistent branding across the company.
- Liaising with website host to manage the website and brand awareness.
- Benchmarking competitors and other websites to suggest improvements.
- Keep the Website up to date with prices, news and products.
- Manage SEO
- Continuous improvements of website including search engine rankings and visitor experience
- Organise sponsorship and attendance of trade shows.
- Manage product launch activities, brand, and product exposure.
- Manage appearance of show booths and stands with reference to VIM.
- Sales Support and Enquiries
- Support sales efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
- Report on competitor analysis.
- Liaise with TEs and PEs to improve test spec recording for use in Sales and Marketing
- Report on marketing performance including at board level
- Define products and product ranges including production of product packs
- Develop product ranges for ancillary items e.g., Software
- Manage process for obtaining customer feedback and testimonials and make recommendation for improvements identified from the feedback
- Grow the mailing list and manage newsletters.
