To work with the sales director to meet annual sales targets:- Use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Compilation of commercial documents for tenders
- Data analysis
- Compilation / Updates of standard quotes and costings
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations as required
- High level of Word / Excel skills
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM / Click Dimensions a bonus
- Experience using any of the Adobe packages is a bonus.
- Co-ordinate with marketing to plan international exhibitions and shows where necessary.
- Assist marketing in producing content for and running various channels and campaigns
- Photograph products for marketing and sales use
- Assist with gathering customer feedback after installation
- Make updates to website when required
- Degree in Science / Engineering or relevant experience
- Previous experience with cryogenic equipment is an advantage
- At least 2 years sales / marketing experience.
