Customer Liaison Officer - Hybrid

1. Start the order entry process when customer orders (Business-to-Business) arrive.
2. Oversee the order entry process; providing first line support to order entry issues, escalating when necessary.
3. Act as the customer's focal point for distribution related queries and take action to find customer centric solutions in collaboration with our Sales and wider Supply Chain teams.
4. Support improvement initiatives to the customer as part of a cross-functional Sales-Supply chain account team.
5. Ensure that invoices have been sent and received by customers. Solving and escalating issues as appropriate.
6. Collect evidence of extra costs incurred by our or our 3rd party contractors' operations and seek endorsement from customers to pay extra costs. Bill the subsequent extra cost.
7. Highlight areas of potential improvement in our processes, implementing improvements to completion where possible.
