- We are looking for a Business Manager working globally in a small team within the interior design industry. This position offers involvement in many different aspects of the business, with potential for the role to grow with the business.
Responsibilities:- Executive support to company CEO
- Involvement in company-wide projects
- HR administration
- Reconciling bank account, preparing monthly finance reports
- Running accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, invoice matching
- Order processing and administration
- Stock tracking and database management
- Managing dispatches
- Supplier and procurement co-ordination
- Updating process manuals
- General facilities management
- Excellent admin experience (3+ years)
- Organised
- Finance experience
- Microsoft Office essential
- Full-Time 5 days per week 37.5 hours, office based (Not hybrid)
- An immediate start is available.
- Salary negotiable based upon experience.
