Letting Negotiator required for leading firm based in Oxford. My client are experts within their field, currently going through expansion and are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Oxford.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator within the property sector to join an excellent organisation that provide on-going support and development.
As Lettings Negotiator you will be required to:- Let properties within set KPIs
- All compliance and regulations are adhered to
- Grow your own client base
- Up-Selling any additional services
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Negotiating terms and offers
- Assisting other members of staff when required
Skills and experience required:- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills ideally within the property sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer Service
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
