- Overview of Role:
This is a busy and varied role for someone who is well organised with a background in planning, scheduling with ability to project co-ordinate an installation process. This will involve coordination a work-flow of installation requirements from key clients. You will need have a friendly flexible attitude with the ability to manage queries efficiently. Must be able to build customer relationships and be confident dealing with people in all areas of the business, both internally and externally. Due to the complexity of some installations attention to detail is a key part of the role, as well as time management and coping with last minute changes in a calm manner. An intermediate knowledge of Excel is desirable, as is the ability to work with multiple systems effectively.
Responsibilities:- Planning a weekly guide of requirements for ten field technician’s pipeline and advising clients on any changes
- Booking and planning travel itinerary including accommodation
- Coordination of work schedules in FieldAware
- Logging and report all movements on FieldAware
- Forward planning on larger projects with clients
- Constant updating and finalising installation with clients
- Looking to continuously improve planning schedules
- To deal with incoming calls
Person Specification:- Previous production planning, purchasing or supply chain background
- Project/planning coordination experience
- Good geographical knowledge and highly organised
- Ability to demonstrate escalated trouble shooting and complex orders
- Strong Excel, VLOOKUPS, filter data and reporting skill.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Permanent Full time, 8am to 4.30pm, although part-time flexible hours would be considered.
