Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor, ideally a Italian or Spanish speaker, to assist in a busy work environment providing comprehensive order processing and follow-up services to all our customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operational customer interface for selected customers.
Key responsibilities include:- Order to cash process: entering customer orders into our ERP system in compliance with agreed business processes and follow them up until the final delivery to our customers
- Accurate data entry
- Customer liaison and relationship building, through continuous and proactive communication
- Networking and working with several other functions/business partners as our Sales force, Supply Plants and Logistics offices, service providers (haulers, freight forwarders)
- Participation in sales account teams' activities and in supply chain continuous improvement initiatives/projects
- Support Sales account managers in following up on receivable invoices
- Customer complaint handling
The successful candidate will be:- Fluent in English, fluent Italian and/or Spanish languages would be advantageous
- Experience of building relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers/suppliers
- Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms
- Work under pressure managing peaks in workloads whilst maintaining customer focus with no deterioration in service
- Flexing work style and approach adapting to the situation and to changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Team working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong IT skills (including MS office and SAP-ERP)
- Familiar with quality procedures
- Ability to make decisions based on experience
- Ability to work with minimum amount of supervision and use their own initiative
