Description
Main responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Following salespeople up to ensure their lead data is up to date and accurate
  • After sales follow up with customers
  • Follow up on lower value inbound customer enquiries
  • Answering calls, announcing them to the relevant person and taking messages as appropriate
  • Booking meeting rooms as requested and ensuring the calendar is kept up to date
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable throughout the day
  • There will additionally be an element of office management involved in the role

The successful applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Competent in using MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Very organised and analytically minded
  • Ability to use own judgement & initiative
  • Prepared to jump in and help where required
