- Description
Experienced Customer Service/Account Executive required for leading organisation based in Oxfordshire. My client is a specialist within their field and is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for:- Working closely with sales team ensuring clients are given accurate information and advice
- Account Management
- Managing all queries and escalating when required
- Identifying leads and passing over to sales department
- Training staff when required
- Attend events when required
- Administrative tasks
Skills and Experience Required:- Previous Customer Service/Account Management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Self-motivated
