- The digital team at are currently seeking an enthusiastic and well-rounded digital marketing executive to assist with the ongoing digital transformation of the business and play a key part in ensuring that our digital presence continues to be visible at the forefront of our industry. We are looking for someone with skills across all digital marketing areas - particularly in email marketing and social media - to drive these areas of the business forward whilst using the tools, processes, and systems in place to evaluate the success of our various channels. We’re looking for an intuitive marketer to bring fresh ideas to a highly motivated team and be a part of a collaborative workspace where all ideas are discussed and considered. We move quickly and efficiently to implement concepts when we sense positive results and have the tools to determine how outcomes should affect strategy.
Responsibilities:- Research and present new ideas to the Digital Marketing Manager and wider team on potential ways to improve tactics, processes, use of tools and overall digital marketing performance.
- Support the Head of Marketing Operations with the use of marketing automation to track key accounts, using Pardot & Salesforce, when visiting our website, completing web forms, opening/clicking marketing emails, attending events, interacting on social media or blogs with a view to sending them on a customer journey.
- Help to ensure key marketing touchpoints are being tracked correctly, to allow sales revenue to be attributed accurately across all campaigns, and the success of digital channels and budgets can be evaluated and refined.
- Managing the building and sending of email marketing campaigns.
- Prove the value of email marketing to the business, by tracking leads both identified and influenced by email marketing campaigns through to opportunities.
- Analyse reports and evaluate the reasons for various successes and failures, and present and implement new ideas to improve the email marketing strategy. (A/B testing etc).
- Management of social media presence on all relevant platforms.
- Plan social content calendar and develop creative ways to increase followers and engagements on all social media channels, as well as generate new leads from social posts.
- Use our custom CMS to both improve existing website pages and build new pages, work with other members of the team to ensure our web presence communicates our businesses core values and marketing propositions.
- Assist the Head of Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing Manager with producing a monthly report on each activity for presentation to Marketing Director, providing commentary for future direction and improvements.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Ability to work autonomously and generate ideas.
- An excellent knowledge of impactful email marketing tactics and tools.
- A high level of experience with social media marketing.
- A strong ability to use content management systems to build web pages.
- Experience using a marketing automation platform to track interaction with digital touch points.
- An understanding of Google Analytics.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Ability to understand key metrics to drive improvements and ROI.
