Key Responsibilities- To assist our sales management team with administrative support
- Answering main switchboard telephone and welcoming any visitors (this task is shared)
- Collection and distribution of sales figures for the Sales Managers accounts on a weekly basis
- Preparation for customer previews - preparation of buffet lunches (this task is shared). This is a seasonal task, mainly from September through to December
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming post (this task is shared)
- Dealing with couriers and incoming packages
- Raising of company purchase orders
- Maintaining diary, including for our showrooms
- Completing specification sheets for the Sales Managers accounts
- Preview rating sheet
- Sample requests for all Sales Managers
- Distribution matrix for all Sales Managers
- Sales filing
Packages Used- Must be fully conversant with Windows (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes (e-mail)
- The right candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Vlookups and Pivot Tables
Benefits and hours- 20 days annual leave rising to 25 days, one for each year of service
- 3% pension contributions and life assurance after 3 months
- Hybrid working, 2 days working from home
- Hours of work, Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm, Friday 8.45 am – 4.15 pm (One hour for lunch)
