Job Specification
A leading mail order and online retailer, which operates across three brands a in three countries; UK, France and Germany
Main Function of Job
To create the E-commerce written content for the three brand websites and digital channels.
Main Duties- Write SEO rich copy for the three UK websites
- Ensure continuity of order of content/style for each brand
- Checking no spelling mistakes/grammatical errors
- Work with the E-Commerce executive on the web upload of new products throughout the seasons
- Work with the copy the buying team have produced for catalogue and enhance for online
- Liaise with the overseas online executives to provide copy for them to translate for the French and German digital channels
- Liaise with the buying dept. to ensure accuracy of web content.
- Write PPC ad copy and email copy
- Answer customer feedback via social media & Feefo
- Create posts for UK social media channels and PR posts
- Provide monthly reports on social media and Feefo performance
Profile- Previous experience within a similar marketing role
- High attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills
- Marketing or English Graduate
- Excellent communication skills, planning and project coordination skills
- A proactive individual who is passionate about digital marketing
- SEO knowledge is necessary
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of both written and spoken English with excellent IT skills
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Experience with excel
Need to be a car driver due to rural location
