- Overview
As a member of the Customer Relationship Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and customer service to all customers. To be the first point of contact for the customer questions and liaise with other departments to ensure the customers’ needs are met and any issues managed through to resolution.
You will be responsible for managing the following activities- Processing customer orders via email and phone, ensure they are entered accurately on our ERP system meeting KPI targets.
- Managing the reception mailbox and team mailboxes and allocating work to the relevant team member.
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and email.
- Provide resolutions to customer where necessary within agreed timescales recording all contact and outcomes in CRM.
- Update the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department.
Your Skills/Experience- Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal form
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to navigate ERP and CRM systems effectively
- Flexible attitude to work
- High level of attention to detail
- Willingness to learn our products for order loading
