A great opportunity to join a small logistics team for a global life science product company, based on Milton Park
You will be responsible for both booking in and shipping of products. Providing admin support to the Finance & Marketing teams and general office duties.
- Receiving, booking in and storing products
- Production of delivery paperwork and packing of products
- Production of inter-office Commercial papers
- Tracking inbound & outbound shipments
- Assisting with customer queries
- Product Labelling
- Monitoring and recording freezer temperatures
- Checking & Maintaining stock
- Keeping the shipping area tidy
- Monitor and order packing and shipping materials
- Liaison with Carriers for incoming and outgoing shipments
- General Administration Support to Finance and Marketing
- Light manual handling
Essential Skills and Qualification- Educated to A-level Standard
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- MS Office Skills (Excel & Word)
- Good spoken & written English
Hours and Benefits- Core hours are 40 per week. 8-5 with an hour for lunch
- Pension is 5% employer, holidays 25 days per year. (2 or 3 of which are fixed at xmas as we close over the holidays.
