- Description
My client works with a wide range of major retailers, which gives rise to this position. The Key Accounts Team are a small and friendly team who work with a wide range of customers and internal departments to ensure sales targets are met. The Administrator works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised and all customer expectations are met.
Key tasks required:
- Maintain Key Customer administration files
- Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes
- Carry out retail pricing market research
- Help to prepare and create presentation documents - Excel or PowerPoint
- Purchase and manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, reviewing, packing and despatching as required
- Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries
- Complete all customer product information forms and any other information required
- Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution
- Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses
- Provide general support to team
