To join a team who is responsible for communicating with medical device manufacturers, authoring descriptions (Terms), and developing conceptual medical device groups for all new medical devices, including medical implants, equipment, consumables, IVDs and SaMD.
This job would suit a newly qualified graduate looking to gain experience in the medical device industry. The role involves reviewing new medical devices products, authoring Agency Terms, and participating in other activities that promote the use of the Agency to a global audience.
What we’re looking for:- Candidates must have experience of working with medical devices or have an awareness of medical devices with a strong background in life sciences
- Self-motivated individual, able to work alone and as part of a team
- A high standard of written English language is a requirement
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of PC
- Have an eye for detail and enjoy exacting, precision and challenging work, also a good sense of order
- Be able to travel to attend meetings both in the UK and abroad as required
Qualifications:- BSc in a life science subject
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade 6 in English Language
