MP Assistance is part of MP Recruitment Group, the group is divided into 4 solid brands to better serve our ever-growing client list. MP Assistance have supplied temporary workers to cover sickness, holiday, maternity leave etc. In the current climate when business may need to scale up and down at short notice MP Assistance can offer you that flexibility. We also offer you the opportunity to use a Temp to Perm agreement, after 12 weeks our employee can transfer to your business at no additional cost. Our knowledge and history is across both commercial and industrial workers, recently operating 100’s of temps daily at a car assembly plant in Oxford and a large number of office staff where there may only be one temp per employer.

We were founded by Colleen Ward in 2014 as MP Resourcing later becoming part of the MP Recruitment Group, a new and ambitious recruitment agency. Colleen spent many years specialising in the fields of employment and recruitment before beginning her own adventure. Establishing MP Recruitment Group has been a labour of love and it has grown from a one-woman business into an ever-expanding agency. Colleen is driven to do things differently which enables her to get results. This is not only through her experience and understanding of the recruitment sector, but by the support of the exceptional team she surrounds herself with.
