Introducing our revolutionary recruitment contract scheme – a ground-breaking solution crafted to cut your recruitment costs.

The landscape of permanent recruitment has undergone significant evolution over the years. With substantial progress in internet technology, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and social media, the speed at which we can connect with potential candidates has markedly increased in recent times. However, what remains unaltered is the time required for sourcing, filtering, and conducting initial interviews with applicants – a fundamental aspect of our core business.

Our distinctive contact scheme empowers businesses to recruit a predetermined number of candidates with salaries of up to £28,000 over a 12-month period. Rather than being burdened by a substantial introduction fee upon placement, the retained contract fee is spread across 12 equal monthly instalments. The actual amount is contingent upon the specific number of candidates you intend to recruit.

By opting for a fixed monthly fee, you can enlist MP Partnership to act as an extension of your HR department. Similar to MP Recruitment, we handle the advertising, shortlisting, and presentation of well-suited candidates for your consideration, all without additional charges when extending an offer to a selected candidate

The annual cost is divided by 12 equal payments to further support easier budgeting. 

The Cost:

• For up to 3 hires £575 per month or £6,900 + VAT
• For up to 6 hires £1099 per month or £13,188 + VAT

Moving up the tiers is very simple; you pay the to date difference then pay the new monthly charge.
Each subsequent hire over 6 in the same contract year will charged at £2150 + VAT (Salaries of £28,001 plus are outside of the contract recruitment service these are charged at our agreed rate)

Saving

We firmly believe this style of recruitment not only fosters enduring relationships with our clients but also allows us to deliver significant cost savings without compromising the quality of service. Recruiting three professionals at an average cost of £2300 per hire, this represents a potential saving of up to £5700 off our standard fees**.
